I did not want to upload add a caption, one image at a time through the application. Too tedious and time-consuming. Some apps had more features and complexity than I wanted (a "lightbox" feature, for example). I installed and was impressed with 4images. But I just wanted to upload a whole batch of photos and be done with it. Deliver just enough to let my relatives see my photos. Thus, I created a "butt simple photo gallery."
