Description

Sets header template. The template should include the placeholder.

The default header template is

"\n\t<tr>\n\t\t<td style=\"white-space: nowrap; background-color: #CCCCCC;\" align=\"left\" valign=\"top\" colspan=\"2\"><b></b></td>\n\t</tr>"
